What should I eat?
Make sure you eat a balanced diet containing whole foods such as fruit, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins and healthy fats. Avoid processed and sugary foods that can cause blood sugar spikes. In fact, that is why Square Fare adds no sugar to its food. Include protein in your meals to slow down the absorption of carbohydrates. Limit your amount of carbohydrates and favor whole grains and veggies over sugar or pasta. Eat regularly - don’t skip meals. When you snack, have nutrient-dense foods vs a sugary treat. Stay hydrated and exercise regularly.
