Jessica Haskin is a New York City-based Integrative GI Registered Dietitian specializing in IBS, SIBO, leaky gut, histamine intolerance, IBD, gastroparesis, GERD, and autoimmune conditions including Hashimoto’s. Jessica works with clients experiencing chronic digestive symptoms and complex overlapping conditions, helping them build sustainable routines that support long-term gut health and overall well-being.

Jessica takes a personalized, whole-body approach to gut healing that focuses not only on what people eat, but also how they eat, how they move, how they manage stress, and how they build habits that fit realistically into their lives. She believes meaningful progress comes from small, manageable changes that compound over time, rather than restrictive diets or quick-fix protocols.

Drawing from both clinical expertise and her own experience navigating digestive issues, Jessica is passionate about helping clients feel less consumed by food and symptoms, and more connected to the things that bring them joy. Her work emphasizes practical strategies like slowing down at meals, increasing movement throughout the day, establishing easy go-to meals, and prioritizing community and nervous system support as part of the healing process.

Why Your Gut Still Isn't Better (Even Though You've Tried Everything)

Most people with chronic gut issues have already tried a lot. Here's why they're still stuck, and what a GI dietitian who's been there herself actually does about it.

I recommend Square Fare when clients have a lot of restrictions that make it really hard to cook their own meals or find healthy options. And I want to point out: a lot of my clients are not restricting unhealthy foods. Some of their restrictions are fruits, or vegetables, or different types of healthy foods. It can be really hard to find a program where you don’t sacrifice health for flavor or flavor for health. Square Fare does that.
