Functional Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
I help people make sense of their health when something feels off — even if they've been told everything looks "normal." My approach is rooted in science but deeply personal: I look at the full picture, including stress, sleep, movement, hormones, and daily routines, because health rarely fits into neat boxes.
I trained at George Washington University (Exercise Science), Hunter College (MS, Clinical Nutrition), and the University of Houston, and later earned my IFNCP credential through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy. I work with clients virtually across New York.
Food has always been part of my story — my dad is a chef and Italian restaurateur, so I grew up surrounded by cooking, shared meals, and community. That shapes how I think about nourishment to this day: something supportive, grounding, and meant to be enjoyed.
